Steve Spencer

Steve Spencer, Shop Manager and licensed auto damage appraiser, motivates the shop to perform at a high level everyday and is focused on creating the best experience possible for customers during a stressful time. A.S.E. and I-CAR certified, and with more than 35 years in the collision repair industry, Steve uses this experience to plan an expeditious and efficient repair plan for every vehicle, minimizing the amount of time customers are without their vehicles.

Paint Department

Justin Vermette

Justin Vermette, nephew of owner Donald Vermette, has taken over as the lead painter in the paint department after only a few years of experience. By working hard and training, he has elevated himself to producing the same level of quality as much more experienced painters. As expected at Vermette Auto Body, Justin is driven to achieve perfection and that is great news for our customers.

Body Department

Paul Vermette

Paul Vermette, son of owner Donald Vermette, possesses many of the attributes any company would look for in an employee. Though his official title is Operations Manager, his responsibilities encompass far more than just that, as you can find him throughout the shop on any given day whether he is in the Body Department, helping the Paint and Detail Department, or in the office assisting customers and performing administrative duties. By taking on so many responsibilities, Paul is a crucial member of the Vermette Auto Body team.

Detail Department

Lausiere Rodriguez

Lausiere Rodriguez, fondly referred to as Shorty, has been working as an automotive detailer for almost 10 years. From minor imperfections to a complete interior and exterior detail, Shorty can do his magic! From washing cars, shampooing interiors, buffing exterior paint to that final coat of wax to bring back that new car shine, it is obvious that Shorty takes great pride in what he does!
